HISTORY

Established in 1990 and located in Rochester, NY, CITNS is dedicated to giving our customers valuable and cost-effective solutions, delivering the right quality components and maximizing product capabilities. Security, quality and pride are incorporated into everything we do. The business was created to provide an alternative solution to the typical labor contractor and technology solutions provider. We offer a wide variety of services; from remote network monitoring, to supplemental support and full outsourcing plans.

MICROSOFT

Our MCSE certified Microsoft technical staff has years of experience providing solutions for Windows file servers, desktops, Internet web servers, Exchange, SQL servers and other Microsoft products.

NOVELL

CITNS has years of experience with NetWare and many other Novell products such as GroupWise, ZENWorks, BorderManager, etc. Our NetWare support staff has CNE certifications, combined with years of experience, in NetWare 3.x, 4.x, 5.x and 6.x.

LINUX

Why spend more than you have to? Linux can be used for services like firewalls, web servers, databases and many others. Not only are these products feature-rich, reliable, and widely used, some of them are even free!
